Shipping Information:

Orders are processed in the most timely manner, and in stock items should ship out within 2-3 business days from completion of the transaction process.

Items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with tracking information unless specified otherwise.

Please note that while tracking information is provided, there is typically no signature required upon delivery. In cases where a signature is required, please note that it is at the mail carrier's discretion if they will require a signature. If the item shows as delivered successfully by USPS, we would not be responsible if a package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, after delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

- Damaged, installed, or altered products cannot be returned.

- Returns/exchanges will not be made on products which have been installed, used, or otherwise defaced. If items are returned with damaged or missing packaging, the approved return/exchange will be subject a restocking fee.

- It is the responsibility to review the item description of the items purchased. WORK Wheels USA will not accept returns or exchanges based on lack of item description review.

- Defective merchandise upon its arrival should notify WORK Wheels USA immediately.

- Any special or custom ordered items are not returnable, nor can they be cancelled once the order is placed. If you choose to cancel a special or custom order, your deposit will be forfeited.

- If upon arrival you noticed any missing parts within the order, please notify WORK Wheels USA immediately.

- If upon delivery you see damage to the item or package, please notify the carrier and also notify WORK Wheels USA immediately. WORK Wheels USA only ships items in brand new condition (unless specified otherwise), and package them to the proper standards to avoid damage during transit. Once the item(s) leave WORK Wheels USA it is in the control of the carrier during transport.

- A return claim must be initiated within 14 calendar days after receipt of the products from the carrier or the date the order was picked up by the customer

- Any eligible item(s) for return will require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any item(s) sent back to our facility without a RMA number will not be accepted, and WORK Wheels USA accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to a non RMA numbered item.
